Junior College students made chocolate ice cream with cricket powder in a food science workshop.
Junior College 1 and 2 students visited i3L University for a hands-on life sciences workshop. The task: make chocolate ice cream using cricket powder.
The workshop introduced food science, nutrition and sustainable food. Students also heard about university study programmes and where they can lead.
